The walls are 50 cm thick in the style of an old cottage and the interior is beamed and has bamboo ceilings and gleaming wooden fittings, some exquisitely carved. Car parking place for 4 cars, air conditioning in all 6 bedrooms, floor heating in the living rooms, 6 bedrooms with private en suite bathrooms, a kitchen, Sat TV, CD player, office with telephone, fax, PC with internet connection, fridge, freezer, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, pool towels, barbeque and bedlinen/towels which are changed weekly.

Partial Lower Floor: Here you will find a kitchen, a small supply room, a WC and a wine cellar. A door from the kitchen provides access to a partially covered patio.

Ground floor: A spacious sitting room with a delightful mix of antique and contemporary pieces, sofas, a fireplace and under floor heating. There is a seperate dining area that seats 8 to 10 people. Two doors leadv from here, one has a pool view, the other the courtyard view. The balconies from these rooms offer beautiful valley views.  

First floor: A wooden staircase leads to another living room with sofas and a fireplace, this houses the office area with a balcony (15 m2) which overlooks the pool. Two windows offer views of the courtyard below.  

Sleeping arrangements: 6 bedrooms all offer twin beds with air conditioning and private en suite shower rooms.  

Pool area: The swimming pool is 5 x 8 x 1.25 to 2.25 meters deep. Plenty of luxury outdoor furniture is available to relax on whilst sitting under the big partially covered veranda with gorgeous views of the Bitez valley below.  

Land: From September to October you can help with the vintage. From October to November you can lend a hand with the olive and citrus harvest. The land of 12,000 sq m offers an impressive pool, terraced areas, covered parking area for 4 cars, vineyards, a 75 sq m granite courtyard and plenty of shade when required under the old oak trees!
